How to Upload Your Data

You can upload an individual Study or multiple Studies by clicking on the “Upload Data” button in the top right corner of the page.

Do NOT upload any patient data. qCal-MR will recognize zip and tar archive formats and will accept raw or gzip-compressed files. DICOM files must be in the Classic format; multi-frame DICOM files are not supported. Non-DICOM files in the upload will be ignored. Multiple scans may be uploaded together, but they must be from a single study.

When uploading data, please select the DICOM files from one or more scans of an imaging phantom for analysis.

Either select DICOM files from a single directory or choose a compressed .zip file containing all the DICOMs for analysis. Non-DICOM files on the upload page will be ignored. Multiple scans may be uploaded together, but they must be from a single study. If your data is not uploaded from a single study, then you will receive the following error:

Upload your Study files, select which CMRI imaging phantom was used during the scan. It is optional to describe the Study upload.

If you click outside of the pop-up while data is uploading, the data will continue to load in the background. You can view the uploading process again by clicking on the “Upload Data” button.
