Section I. Viewing individual Series
Within each Study are multiple Series. You can view individual Series and their calculations or view calculations for an entire Study.
What does the yellow caution triangle mean?
qCal expects and recommends certain protocols. The yellow caution triangle appears when a user has used expected protocols but not all the recommended protocols. This triangle denotes that qCal could successfully process and calculate the DICOM data, but some calculations may not be completely accurate because of the protocols used.
The red caution triangle appears when a user has not used either expected or recommended protocols. This triangle denotes that qCal could not process and calculate the DICOM data successfully. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like qCal to process a custom protocol.
To view the parameters used in individual Series, click the three dots next to your Study upload. Then click “Show Series List.” A complete list of your Series appears below.
To view an individual calculation, click on the desired calculation you’d like to view… then your calculation page appears!
To view a summary of all calculations in a single protocol, click the button left of the drop-down arrow.
